Wilson Rural Downtown Economic Development Grant

Line and Grade assisted the city of Wilson, North Carolina, in a rural downtown economic development grant for the North Carolina Department of Commerce. 

We served as the lead authors of the grant application and worked collaboratively with city staff on the collection and organization of all grant application materials.

The grant supports the Barnes Street Properties Rehabilitation Project in downtown Wilson, rehabilitating two buildings to create a Downtown and Whirligig Park Visitors Center.
